Daniel Amokachi has slammed Ghana for its lack of preparedness for the 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff game.
The Black Stars will host the Super Eagles next week before returning to Abuja’s Moshood Abiola National Stadium.
The first leg is set for March 25, 2022, and the second on March 29, 2022.
But Ghana’s preparations have been hampered by uncertainty about the opening leg’s venue.
Because the Cape Coast Stadium had held Ghana’s 65th Independence Day parade, it was deemed unsuitable to hold an international game.

However, it is still unclear whether FIFA would grant the GFA and Sports Ministry’s late request to shift the game to the Baba Yara Stadium.
Amokachi, who won the AFCON with Nigeria in 1994, criticized Ghana for their lack of preparedness.
“Moshood Abiola National Stadium. We’re set. “Look at how gorgeous the ground and the stadium are,” he stated in a video posted online.
“We are ready, but some people need a place. Some folks are confused, you know who I mean.”
The Super Eagles haven’t defeated Ghana in 16 years, with their previous win coming in 2006.
