A staunch member of House of Yahweh, Bro Philip Korlettey has waded into the controversies in the Christendom which places Jesus Christ on the same platform as God and creator of the Heaven and Earth.
According to the controversial man, Jesus Christ cannot be described or elevated as God since his route is known and confirmed by the Holy Bible.
Discussing the Trinity and deity of Jesus Christ on Radio 1 100.7fm, Bro Philip argued vehemently that though Jesus Christ came to fulfill the promises made in the Bible, he had an earthly mother and a superior God who sent him.
“My argument is that, the Jesus you are claiming is God is not true. He was conceived and born here. His mother got pregnant for 9 months before he was delivered. If He is God, does that mean God died when he was crucified? He was not spirit, he carried human form and the God we have heard of is spirit so Jesus can never be God. He is our saviour who was sent to come and die for our sins and that is all.” – Bro Philip expressed.

He added that “God created Heaven and Earth as Genesis 1:1 says and during that time Jesus was not born so how can he be the God we are waiting for?”
