One Severely Injured At Anyinasin Junction In An Accident On The Accra – Kumasi Highway

A Mitsubishi 4 Wheel drive with a registration number GE 7823 – 13 en route from Kumasi to Accra fails break, skids off the road and driver severely injured.
The vehicle could not withstand the wet road but was saved by trees planted along the road even though about 4 trees had to go down before the vehicle stopped.
They were two on board, none dead, one sustains mild injury while the other a severe one.
No police has been there as of the time reporting but the occupants are making it possible to tie the vehicle from the area.

The driver who was injured is currently seeking health care at Kyebi Government hospital.
It is therefore advised that commuters plying that route especially drivers be more cautious as the rain seems not to stop anytime soon.
