Back in the day, the members of the Ghanaian Hip-hop and Hiplife ensemble Vision In Progress (VIP)—originally Lazzy, Friction, Promzy, Bone and Prodigal—were considered the worldwide advocates of Ghanaian music.
Former vibrate musicians who exported Ghanaian music to Nigeria and beyond have been hailed for a presidential honour by talent management Bulldog.

He thinks the group should be honoured while they are still around by showering them with flowers since their efforts cannot be ignored.

He said, “These are enormous individuals, and they deserve a presidential honour.”

Bulldog praised the band highly, calling them “a tower in the local music business,” in an interview with Mike 2 on Adom FM. He once again advised the youth of today to study and learn about VIP so that they may better appreciate their works.

“Seems like VIP hasn’t been given enough of a spotlight in Ghana. Listen, I’m telling you the truth. A presidential medal is in order for them. That band deserves a presidential honour for helping to make Ghanaian music popular across the world.

“Honestly, I’m telling you on a worldwide scale. I won’t even call VIP a pillar since it’s more like a tower. From the United States to Nigeria, everyone should learn more about their efforts to ensure that their contributions are recognized “And he went on to say.

Ahomka Wom, Besen, Away, I Think I Like Am, and My Love were just a few of the group’s many massive hits.
