The Deputy CEO of SSNIT in charge of Operations and Benefits, Laurrete Korkor Asante, pulls a stunning 117 votes to win the NPP primaries in the Atewa West Constituency.
After the EC representative declared her the winner, she said, “I promise to give you my best, and I will never disappoint you. With the hope you have in me, I promise to pay you back.”
Laurrete Korkor got 117 votes, Samuel Awuah Danquah 18, Kingley Ntiamoah 48, and Prince Aboagye 138.
380 voters were expected to cast their votes. 378 votes with no ballot rejection.
