Hearing of the case in which Charles Bissue is seeking the enforcement of his human rights in an action against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has been adjourned to March 11, 2024.
This was because a new judge is yet to be assigned to the case docket following the retirement of Justice Nicholas Mensah Abodakpi who was then presiding over the case at the Human Rights Court 2.
In Court on Wednesday, February 21, Justice Barbara Tetteh-Charway, the presiding Judge at the Human Rights Court 1 sat as a relieving judge.
But, the case was adjourned before her sitting.
The suit was initially scheduled for hearing on February 1 2024 but the Court did not sit, necessitating an adjournment to Wednesday, February 21.
