A very sad day for human rights in Ghana. Where is the “forward ever” imagination? Where is the future thinking in passing this very retrogressive bill?
This law has dire implications for all of our rights and seeks to institutionalize hate.https://t.co/fs0IZkHpww— Dr. Sylvia Bawa (@Essenbi) February 28, 2024
But why should I be worried about what someone will use his trumu for? Someone being LGBTQ won’t affect my life or something. We need jobs to make money so make you people shut up with this nonsense.

Gender may one day be extinct to a point where baby showers will have banners like ” IT’S A VIRGO”. The use of star signs for identification will be dominant those days.

Those passing draconian immigration laws are never questioned when those laws are affecting the human rights of people who just want a better life for themselves. Nana Ama, have you questioned any of those? The bill will become a law whether you like it or not.

Ghana is about to become a failed state. A country that’s doesn’t respect the rights of all its citizens no matter who they are can never develop. That’s why Africa as a continent keeps failing because all we do is infringe on human rights. Women, children, LGBTQ people etc. 🤦🏿♂️
