Nature And Development Foundation, in collaboration with A Rocha Ghana and WACAM, is organizing a two-day knowledge workshop focused on evidence-gathering, personal safety, and organizational security funded by the European Union (EU) under the BRACE (Building Resilience and Active Communities in Extractive Landscapes) project, and UKaid under the Building Active Actors and System to Support (BAASS) Deforestation Free Communities in Ghana and Liberia project.
The workshop, which takes off today September 3 to 4, 2024, aims to equip participants with essential skills in evidence-gathering techniques and strategies for ensuring both personal and organizational security. The initiative is particularly timely, given the increasing threats faced by environmental activists, community leaders, and organizations involved in climate change adaptation and natural resource management.
