The Electoral Commission is set to transport ballot papers for the December 7, 2024 elections to the various regions from today November 14, 2024.
This is contained in a letter addressed to the General Secretaries of all political parties dated November 13, and signed by the Deputy Chairman in charge of Operations, Samuel Tettey.
“I bring you warm greetings from the Electoral Commission and trust that this letter finds you well. This comes to inform you that, the transportation of Ballot Papers to the various regions will start tomorrow, Thursday, l4th November, 2024,” Mr Tettey wrote.
The transportation of ballot papers to the various regions marks a key milestone in preparations for the forthcoming elections.

These critical election documents will be kept in Police custody and released on election day to elections officials under the watch of party agents.
