Mahama will take care of you as president – Ghanaian women told

Hon. Dr. Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo, the former National Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has called on women to support and vote for John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming elections.

Speaking at a community engagement event at Linda Dor in Koforidua, he encouraged women to rally behind the NDC, saying that “Mahama’s leadership would bring positive change and development to Ghana”.

The event was part of the Eastern Regional Secretariat’s efforts, in collaboration with the national executives, to engage with communities and explain the NDC’s vision for the country.

Ofosu-Ampofo stressed the importance of women’s participation in politics and urged them to use their votes to ensure victory for the NDC. He reminded them that a government led by Mahama would prioritize social and economic programs that benefit women and families.

He also expressed confidence that with the support of women, the NDC would win the elections and deliver on its promises to the people.
