After National Democratic Congress polling agents at the Mampong Infantry Junior Primary School (St. Monica’s) reported about broken seals securing voting materials, there was confusion in Mampong, Ashanti.
The NDC agents objected to the fact that the seals, which were meant to remain intact and be opened in front of candidates and members of the political parties, had already been opened.
It is anticipated that 617 voters will cast ballots at the station.
An election office had to step in to normalize the situation, which threatened to postpone voting.
