The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Fanteakwa South Constituency, Hon. Ernest Ofosu, expressed his gratitude to Radio1 FM during an appearance on the station’s morning show, Oman Mu Nsem. In his remarks, he reflected on the successful year 2024, stating that he was thankful to the Almighty God for the blessings of the past year.

Additionally, he took the opportunity to acknowledge the significant contributions Radio1 has made to the Fanteakwa South District, highlighting their efforts in improving communication within the region.

Hon. Ofosu commended the station for its role in making communication more accessible within the district, emphasizing how Radio1 has made it easier for leaders to stay informed about the challenges and problems faced by the communities.

He pointed out that through the station’s coverage, issues in the district could be addressed quickly, allowing local leaders to take timely actions to resolve them. This, according to the DCE, has played a crucial role in the rapid development of the district.
