The Chief Executive Officer of SB Breastplate Services Limited, Mr. Sampson Togbenu, has urged young people to remain resilient in life, stressing that hard work, perseverance, and faith in God are key to success.
He gave the advice during an interview on Radio1 100.7 FM’s current affairs programme “The Issues,” hosted by Nana Kwabena Addo, popularly known as “Your Excellency.” Mr. Togbenu noted that many young people easily give up when faced with challenges, but insisted that “there is always light at the end of the tunnel. “Sharing his personal story, he said he rose from humble beginnings in Samang, Fanteakwa South District, and once worked as a cleaner in Accra before rising through the ranks to become Regional Manager and later establishing his own company.
Today, SB Breastplate Services Limited employs over 530 permanent staff nationwide, with the total workforce nearing 800 employees.
Mr. Togbenu advised the youth not to rely solely on white-collar jobs but to start small, stay focused, and trust in God, adding that determination and discipline can turn dreams into reality.
