I Started Writing My Own Music At Class 5 – Stonebwoy Reveals

An award winning reggae dance-hall Ghanaian artiste, Livingstone Etse, known in the music industry as Stonebwoy has revealed that he starting writing his own song as at Class 5.

According to him, he started singing from infancy because he loved music so well and was well known in his locality.

Speaking on United Showbiz on United Television (UTV), a Ghanaian based Television, he outlined his struggle to the top and was evidently shown that he struggled a lot. Stonebwoy revealed cutting everything short, he was shown to the world by Samini who saw something within him and needed to show to the world.

He has since composed and sang so many hits and currently on top with Shatta Wale as leading reggae dance-hall artistes in Ghana who have taken the nation and ofcourse the music industry global.

Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy, is a Ghanaian Afropop, dance hall and reggae singer. He is the CEO of Burniton Music Group. He won the Best International Act: Africa category at the 2015 BET Awards and Artist of the Year at the 2015 Ghana Music Awards.
