The founder and leader of International Grace life Assembly, Dr Bishop Finney William Blay has revealed that his level in the spiritual realm now gives him the opportunity to speak with the spirits of the the dead.
However, he is able to call the spirit of the dead and interrogate the spirits but can only speak with 3 (three) spirits in a day.
He made this revelation upon a phone interview with Obido Nana Gyasi of Radio 1 on their usual Sunday program, Asendua Ase as they were discussing Necromancy on Sunday evening, April 18 2021.
Dr Bishop Finney William Blay argued that contrary to the public notion that the practice of Necromancy is sin, he believes God approves it. He added that when Jesus went to the mountain to pray, the spirits of Elijah and Moses descended to strengthen Jesus so it’s never a sin.

While he strongly made a case, he added that not only can he call the spirits of the dead but also summon the spirits of the living for interrogation.
