All too soon another edition of the highly successful CHALE WOTE Street Art Festival has ended with so much memories to carry around for a life time

The Arts festival which is in it’s 7th year begun earlier on Monday with symposiums, talks and other art installations at various locations in Accra with “The Day of remembering” as one of the climax.

For the first time since its closure in 2008, the James Fort Prison was officially opened to the public who interacted artists including Efo Sela, Comfort Arthur, Yvette Nsiah, Ahmed Partey, Josephine Kuuire, Elom MacAuley, Eric Gyamfi and more who had artwoks in the building

The “WATA MATA” edition according to reports has been the biggest since the inception of the show with so many exciting activities like live music performances, art exhibition, carnivals and spoken word acts organised.
