The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) hereby notifies corporate entities, creditors, shareholders, the general public, and all relevant stakeholders that, pursuant to Section 289(3) of the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), Three Hundred and Eighteen (318) companies have been earmarked for strike-off from the Register of Companies.

Notice having been given in Volume 40 of the ORC Companies Bulletin dated 15th May 2026, the names of the companies listed therein shall, unless cause is shown to the contrary, be struck off the Register upon the expiration of three (3) months from the said date. The affected companies shall thereafter stand dissolved.

This publication forms part of the Office’s ongoing regulatory and compliance enforcement measures aimed at ensuring the continued accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the Register of Companies.
