Heritage Bank Limited has unveiled its second branch in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, with a call on Ghanaians to patronise local banks to help build their capacities.
According to management of the bank, local banks contribute directly to the growth of the country’s financial sector since the profit they make circulate in the local economy.
Management believes the new branch located on the Harper Road within the financial enclave of Adum underscores the bank’s commitment to bring its world class services closer to the communities where customers live and work.
The Adum branch, it says, forms part of the bank’s targeted expansion project in the Garden City and would offer the community an opportunity to enjoy innovative and convenient financial solutions.
Speaking in an interview after the media launch on Tuesday, August 22, Deputy Managing Director of the Heritage Bank Limited, Peter Sangber-Dery, reiterated that the bank places maximum priority on the trust reposed in it by customers and has therefore established robust systems and processes to ensure that customers’ investments are secured.
He called on customers to be loyal to services of indigenous banks as he announced a new technology drive being implemented by Heritage to meet customer demands.
