Mr Hackman Kabore, deputy Eastern Regional Organizer for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have made serious claims against Alhaji Umar Budinga, Eastern Regional 1st Vice chairman for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for masterminding their (NDC) defeat in the 2016 general elections.
According to the Deputy Eastern Regional Organizer, Alhaji Budinga should stay away from the NDC party and think of the NPP. He said that it was Alhaji Bodinga who registered non NDC members to deceive the party that they have supporters.
He advised all NDC party supporters not to partake in any registration for now. After enough preparations they will be allowed to register.
“We have people monitoring everything going on, we are pleading on party members to stay calm and help in achieving transparent and a free and fair election”, he said.
Nothing is going to be done in anyone interest, and the party is not going to tolerate any unapproved way of winning the elections. Anyone who has interest should work hard to gain it. He told the host of Radio 1 Odame Agyare Frank.
He called for all to join hands in making the party stronger, and they should always remember that NDC is a sweet party to be in.
