The Campaign Manager for the National first vice Chairman for the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Mr Foster Asante, has said a majority of the NDC members particularly in the 3 Northern Regions are buying into their campaign messages and is confidently sure that the Party will endorse Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo as the National Chairman for the party come November 17.
According to Mr Asante, the 3R strategic agenda adopted by the team has influenced the majority and also Mr Ofosu Ampofo’s work ethics, Experience and loyalty to the party has proven they are on top of their contenders.
Speaking on a phone interview on the Susubiribi Morning Show on Radio1FM, 100.7MHZ on Monday October 22, 2018, he told the host, Captain Kofi Owusu that Probity, Accountability and Integrity of the Party will be restored, Party’s structures would be restructured and lastly Recapture power as the 3R stands for, when the mandate is given to Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo to lead the party as it’s National Chairman.
Mr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo’s team is currently in the three Northern Regions campaigning and his campaign Manager believes per the kind of reception they received in the North, clearly speaks they are winning. He said from there they are moving to the Eastern Region to continue the campaign so Eastern Region must Look forward to their coming.
Mr Foster Asante Explained that it is the vision of Mr Ofosu Ampofo to restore the party structures from the grass roots and with a common mission to recapture power from NPP in the 2020 polls.
