Radio 1 News has intercepted a release from the ruling New Patriotic Party in Lower Manya Krobo which seem to send message of condolence to the family of Agyarko upon the sudden demise of the late Kyeremateng Agyarko, former Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
Below is the exact release;
“Arms reversed and banners creped-Muffled drums; Party horses sable-draped, the lesson read -Man is noble, man is brave, but man’s – a weed. The trumpet that sounded is rending patriots apart. This Soldier’s sleep shall be remembered forever. True fame is his, for life is o’er – A Sarpedon of the Krobo agenda has fallen.”_
The Executives and party faithfuls of NPP Lower Manya Krobo Constituency wish to echo our deepest and heartfelt condolence to the New Patriotic Party, Ayawaso West-Wuogon constituents and the bereaved family of the late MP, Emmanuel Kyeremanteng Agyarko who journeyed into eternity on the 21st November 2018.
We developed extremely cold feet and a heavy heart when we learned of the departure of a great son of the Krobo land, a Statesman, a successful businessman and a patriot who believed in selflessly serving his Party and Country.
The good people of Krobo remembered the unprecedented work he did as the Assemblyman for Odumase North Electoral Area. History would not forget your contribution when you served as Presiding Member of the Manya Krobo Assembly
The legacy you left as Constituency Patron in transformation stage of the NPP Lower Manya Krobo is of public knowledge.
You gave in your all in 2008 as the Parliamentary Candidate on the ticket of NPP- Lower Manya Krobo Constituency.
