VIDEO: NPP Keeps Stealing Our Ideas, Our Message Will Come Early Next Year – Ofosu Ampofo

The chairman of the largest opposition party in Ghana, the National Democratic Congress, NDC, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo has hinted that the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, is noted of copying the ideas of the NDC, the reason why the party has not yet brought out their campaign message.

Addressing the party faithfuls and supporters Amsterdam monitored by Radio1News, the famous and experienced chairman said the party is now rebuilding the party and it’s structures and that their message will be available early next year.

“There is something called luxury tax. When former prez Mahama assured drivers he would scrap it in a capacity as president, the NPP scrapped it after one week. So we need to be very careful and the timing of our messages… We are using this time to rebuilding the party and its structures. Our message will come in next year”,- Chairman Ofosu Ampofo revealed.

He added that the former president and flagbearer of NDC, John Dramani Mahama would come out clear in the direction in which their message would go.

He therefore entreated all and sundry, especially NDC faithfuls to exercise patience and wait for the party leaders.

The national executives of NDC are currently in the United Kingdom to engage the NDC supporters and faithfuls ahead of the 2020 elections.
