Banking: Mumuadu Rural Bank Commissions 4 ATMs @Linda D’or, Paradise Resort, And Two Other Branches

Like the motto’; ‘the bank that understands the needs of the people’, Mumuadu Rural Bank has recognized the growing needs and demands of its cherished customers in rendering easy access to banking by establishing 4 ultramodern Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs).
As the era of technology is speedily overcoming the old day formula of banking, managers of the 38 year old bank which is ranked 2nd best among the 144 rural banks in Ghana, technically have sited two of the ATMs at rest stops and the other two at their branches.

In a ceremony to commission the ATMs, on Friday February 28 2020 at Linda D’or Rest Stop, the chairman of the occasion, Mr Seth Adom-Asomaning (Chairman of the Board of Directors- Mumuadu Rural Bank) in his address revealed that “these two facilities at Linda D’or Rest Stop and Paradise exclusive Resort are the first to stand alone machines to be installed by any rural or community bank in the country”.


While all hailed the good initiative of Mumuadu Rural bank, they christened ATM as “All Trust Mumuadu” for keeping to their words and also putting the customers first in all they do. The ATMs are sited at Linda D’or, Paradise, Begoro Branch and at the banks headquarters, Osino.

MUMUADU’S DIGITAL REVOLUTION
It is an undeniable fact that Mumuadu Rural Bank has now become a household name as far as banking is concerned and now that there is a paradigm shift from analog to digital, Mumuadu has embraced technology -enabled systems to remain relevant. The time has come for technology to lead a digital and paperless economy.
The Mumuadu Alternative
Of course, the catalyst to drive and inspire the commitment of Mumuadu Rural Bank to continuously work towards bringing the possibilities of their customers and the general public to life is installing the ‘All Trust Mumuadu’ (ATM).
However, the Director of the ARB APex Bank, Mr kojo Mattah took turn to congratulate the managers of Mumuadu Rural Bank for their vision in bringing the ATMs to the doorsteps of of their customers and also urged customers to patronize them. Again, he urged other banks to emulate the vision of Mumuadu Rural bank to help make banking very easy in the country.
Moreover, the chief of Osino, Osabarima Otu Darko IV, special guest, was more gratified to the banking establishment and urged them to provide enough security and good services to their customers.

The all important program was graced by traditional leaders in the Mumuadu area led by the Osino hene and the chief of Akyem Nsutam, Osabarima Baafi Sarpong Kumankuma.
Other dignitaries present were: Mr D.O.K. Owusu – President National Association of Rural Banks and president of eastern region chapter. Mrs Comfort Owusu – Executive Director, Association of Rural banks. Mr Seth Adom-Asomaning – Chairman of the board of Directors, Mumuadu Rural Bank. Mr Benedict A. Agabeh – General Manager, Mumuadu Rural Bank. Board chairpersons of sister rural and community banks. Dr Daniel Amaning Danquah, Deputy Registrar incharge of operations at the Ghana Pharmacy Council and NPP parliamentary candidate aspirant for fanteakwa South. Representatives of the other branches of Mumuadu.
As the two ATMs were commissioned, the two other were indirectly, also inaugurated.
