Among other groups formed in the governing New Patriotic Party, NPP, a professional group dubbed Patriotic Health Team made up of Health professionals in the NPP have on Saturday conducted an induction ceremony to usher the eastern regional executives of the group into office.
The all important program took place at Bedtime hotel in Koforidua, the eastern regional Capital.
The ceremony was organised under the theme; protecting our progress the role of the Patriotic Health Team towards election 2020.
The national Chairman for the Patriotic Health team, Douglas K. Boateng outlined how the group would use their office to propagate and spread the good news about the NPP and the need the maintain H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo come December 7 2020.
He revealed that the group would be providing house to house health care, clean up exercises, among other unique duties to champion the campaign for victory in December 7 2020.
The eastern regional Organiser of the party, Mr Kodua ushered them into office and advised that they go to the grounds and work unlike other platforms which are well noted on social media. He again advised that the really know what they want to sell before they go out and reminded them that the party is working towards mobilizing 1 million votes and also increase their parliamentary seats to 30.
The representative from the the officers thanked them and assured them their readiness to do the work and ensure Nana Addo is maintained and even add to the eastern regional representatives in parliament.
The ceremony was chaired by the C.E.O of AlphaGold Gh ltd Alpha Nyarko Kissi and saw the likes of the deputy education minister in charge of TVET and MP for Abuakwa North, the parliamentary candidate for Achiase constituency who doubles as the technical advisor to the National Secretary, the regional secretary Jeff Konadu, the regional Organiser and Youth organiser among others as guests.
