“Asante Kotoko coach only has book degrees but no football knowledge” – Alhaji Grusah (+ Video

Bankroller of King Faisal Football Club, Alhaji Karim Grusah has thrown shots at Asante Kotoko coach, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum.

King Faisal eliminated Asante Kotoko from the MTN FA Cup. And after the game, Grusah commended his coach Nurudeen Amadu for the feat before bashing Kotoko’s coach.

“I told you we will beat them (Kotoko),” Grusah told reporters after the game. “There is no secret but God. We don’t deal in any black magic.

“Our coach has done well but like I said previously their coach is not a football professor, he is just good with getting degrees not winning”, Alhaji Grusah stated.

So, as it stands, Asante Kotoko have only the Ghana Premier League to compete for this season, having been booted out of the FA Cup.

As a reminder, Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum was a lecturer at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) before receiving an appointment as the head coach of Kumasi-based Asante Kotoko FC.
