Afia Schwarzenegger has expressed gratitude to God for her father’s death, stating that it relieved him of his suffering.
In recent days, the comedienne has been mourning the loss of her father.
Schwar’s father passed away earlier this week, on Monday, January 20th, following a protracted illness.
Schwarzenegger has found time during her mourning to express gratitude for her father’s death.
While this may seem shocking, she claims the man was in excruciating pain and suffering.

As a result, it appears as though death was mercy in this case. Schwar shared a video of her father during his happier days with the caption.
“I thank God for your life. I thank God for a bestie like you I thank God for giving you rest. I thank God for ending the pain I thank you God for giving Kwadwo eternal rest. I thank you God of Shiloh. It is well. Rest in Power my love,”
Afia Schwarzenegger has been updating Ghanaians on her father’s illness on a regular basis in recent months.
The illness became so severe that she claims she was forced to bathe him and do almost everything for him. Thus, her death is a relief, which is why she is also thanking God.
