Black Sherif, the stage name of Ghanaian artist Ishmael Mohammed Sherif, has issued an official statement in response to the recent controversy surrounding his management.
Most people remember when he abandoned his manager and secretly signed a recording contract with Empire Entertainment without his manager’s knowledge or approval.
The singer of “Second Sermon” was believed to have thrown away a house that his manager had given him, 100 pairs of footwear, and a vehicle that he had been given to help him advance in his professional life.
Discarding his management for Empire Entertainment for no apparent reason is exactly what Ghanaian radio broadcaster DJ Slim said happened when he highlighted the singer’s move.
