I told Nana Akufo Addo that I used his name in my ‘Toto’ song- Rapper Edem says, reveals the President’s reaction

Rapper Edem has revealed he personally informed the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo Addo that there is a line in his Toto song that referenced him when they met recently.

In a fresh interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM, the rapper who is undoubtedly one of the finest MCs in Ghana said the first gentleman of the land laughed his revelation off.

Recalling the moment, Edem said,

“When I told President Akufo-Addo that his name was in my “Toto” song, he laughed about it. Politicians are involved with everything. They don’t have a choice. Sometimes if you no like am sef, you for like am.

Almost every artist speaks about the industry with the President when they meet him. I decided to have a conversation on a different subject. We had a good conversation.”
