Fanteakwa South: Female Level 400 Teacher Trainee Goes Into Entrepreneurship, Determined To Train Hundreds Of The Youth In The District

A level 400 female teacher trainee at Akropong College of Education, Mavis Amenya Afi Sedinam, who resides at Osino, the district capital of Fanteakwa South District in the eastern region has ventured into entrepreneurship alongside her schooling.

The young female entrepreneur is bent on helping as many as she could irrespective of their race and gender so as to manage their living and help reduce unemployment rate in the district and Ghana at large.

By this reason, Mavis Amenya Afi Sedinam establishes a beauty salon and with her expertise in making wigs, would like to train as many young lads and lasses interested in becoming entrepreneurs.

According to the CEO of Sedikay Beauty Salon, apart from formal education, the informal education has helped in providing individuals with the opportunity to become employers and to support successive governments curb high unemployment rate in Ghana.

She further revealed that the citizenry interested would be taken through; Closure Wig making, Frontal wig making, Fringe (Chinese), Cutting with Closure, frontal and non, How to bleach nots of closure and frontal, Wig Coloring, Revamping and renewal of wigs, Styling of wigs and a host new ideas in the industry.
