Why I cannot sign other female rappers – Eno Barony

Ghanaian rapper and songwriter Ruth Eno Adjoa Amankwah known in the music circles as Eno Barony has disclosed why she hasn’t signed other female rappers.
The rapper has disclosed in an interview that it is impossible for her to bring other female rappers into the limelight although she has the fame already.

According to Eno Barony, she cannot sign other female rappers because she does not have the capacity. She disclosed that she is not a record label manager and hence cannot sign other rappers although she would love to.

“I’m not the only female rapper in the country. I have seen a lot of them; the best I can do is to offer them my platform to promote them which I already do. And I’m not in the position to sign them. I’m not a record label manager”, Eno told the host in an interview on Asempa FM.

“People think when you get the fame or when you get the name, you have to also carry somebody on yourself to bring up. It doesn’t work like that. I don’t have the capability”, she added.
