DJ Slim’s Twitter page suspended after fight with Sarkodie

DJ J Slim has had his Twitter page suspended after criticizing Sarkodie over a remark he made in an interview recently.
It will be recalled that the popular radio personality reprimanded Sarkodie for bringing up local DJs and presenters during his chat with Twitter influencer Firestick, contending that they ought to be on global platforms like the BBC before criticizing the artists.

I am thinking of dropping a track to address DUMSOR” in the country – Sarkodie
Sarkodie had previously gone on the offensive in a recent interview hinged on the constant trolling he is sometimes subjected to by music fans who complain that despite his supremacy locally, he and most mainstream artists like Shatta Wale do not make waves internationally as compared to their Nigerian counterparts.

Recall that the boss of the Sark Natives has observed that some radio personalities have also joined the bandwagon by slamming them for being local champions and not spreading their tentacles.

Responding, Sarkodie emphasized that local radio presenters have no moral right to criticize artists over the foregoing when they equally have their fame grounded within the confines of Ghana only.

However, Sarkodie’s comments were promptly refuted by DJ Slim, who said that the rapper is probably frustrated for saying foolish things throughout the interview.

He, therefore, asked him to apologize to the DJs and presenters. In the midst of the counterattack, DJ Slim responded by saying Davido and Wizkid were breastfeeding when Sarkodie began his career but in the meantime, they are far ahead of him on the global stage.

Apparently, Slim’s posture has irked Sarkodie’s fans who then reported his account to be suspended. See what fans are saying to this effect;
