Award-winning artist and songwriter Kofi Kinaata has shared a piece of advice with Ghanaians asking them to move out of their comfort zone.
According to the Fante artist, moving out of one’s comfort zone and taking risks will help one learn a lot in life. According to him, it’s advisable to start something new despite the risk involved.
Speaking in an interview with Hitz FM, the “Everyday” hitmaker told the host, Doreen Avio starting something new comes with mistakes and all the criticisms but all these help to shape a person.
“The little advise I want to give is that feel free and get out of your comfort zone, try certain things, take risks and that’s how we get to learn,” he remarked.
“If you are starting something you will start from somewhere so if you don’t challenge yourself or free your mind and be open to try other things you wouldn’t even know your strength,” he opined.
He continued “I started as a rapper, I wasn’t in a box so I decided to think out of the box and say it’s music which is big so let me try everything some so I said let me try singing.
“I know I will be criticized if I don’t sing well but I’m okay should criticisms come and that’s how it’s supposed to be,” Kofi Kinaata said sighted by Amansan Krakye
