Why is Afia Schwar still free – Angry Tiktoker blast Chairman Wontumi and Lawyer Maurice Ampaw

An angry TikTok star who is gradually becoming popular has dragged legal practitioner Lawyer Maurice Ampaw and Chairman Wontumi for losing against Afia Schwar.
Afia Schwar was sentenced to a 10-day court term with a fine of GH60,000 by a Tema High court over charges of defamation against Chairman Wontumi.

A few days after Afia Schwar was nowhere to be found, it was rumored that Afia Schwar’s warrant was revoked. However, lawyer Ampaw explained that it was rather the lawyer for Afia Schwarzenegger who has pleaded with the court for her (Afia) sentence to be suspended because she is ill and the court is yet to take a decision on that.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw disclosed that the matter has been sent to the Attorney General to decide whether Afia should pay a fine or serve her prison sentence. He added that Afia Schwar was commanded to appear in court by 15th December but it seems there has not been any arrest.

Following the outcome, the angry Tiktok star has come out to drag Lawyer Maurice Ampaw. saying that trollers who were happy about the verdict have been put to shame.
