“I Will End NPP’s 12th Year Rule In Fanteakwa South” – NDC PC Aspirant Vows

An aspiring parliamentary candidate in the Fanteakwa South Constituency in the eastern region on the ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Mr Kingsley Owusu Newman has vowed end the NPP’s rule in the constituency.

According to him, the NPP have overstayed and it’s time for them to retire and handover the seat to the NDC. However, he sees himself as best fit to win the seat for the party.

He made this revelation during hiss one-on-one interview with Obido on Radio 1 on their favorite political program, Bekyerem.

“It is time for the NDC to win the Fanteakwa South parliamentary seat and when given the nod as the parliamentary candidate for the party, I will end the NPP’s 12 year rule in the constituency. I will make sure they don’t spend 16 years on the seat” – Kingsley Owusu Newman expressed.

“The youth need me. The unemployment rate in the constituency is too high. They need someone they can talk to. Someone who will help them a and I am the right choice for the progress of Fanteakwa South” – he maintained.

Kingsley Owusu Newman is in contest with Mr Agyekum Dampare and come Many 13, delegates will decide on who to lead the party in the 2024 general elections.

Apart from the former national chairman of the NDC, Dr Samuel Ofosu Ampofo who once won the seat on the ticket of the NDC, NPP has taken dominion over the constituency a and called it their stronghold.
