Okyeame Kwame, David Osei included in NPP’s manifesto sub-committee on Tourism

Musician Okyeame Kwame has been appointed as a member by Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to the New Patriotic Party’s manifesto committee for Tourism, Arts and Culture.

Actor Prince David Osei has also been included as a member of the committee. Both were announced as members of the committee in a press release on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Other members of the committee include; Gifty Asante (Chairperson), Akwasi Agyeman (Co-Chair), Catherine Afeku, Dr. Ama Boafo-Arthur, Prof. Issahaku Adam and Claudia Lumor.

The rest are; Nana Yaw Manteaw, Yaa Pokua Baiden Kwaku Osei Korankye Asiedu, Festus Frimpong Gyebi, Eric Owusu Akreso, Dr. Ackah Kwame Nyamekye and Radia Adama Saani.

Tourism Minister designate, Andrew Agyapa Mercer is the advisor to the committee.

The committee is expected to come up with policies and ideas for the tourism and creative sector to be included in Dr. Bawumia’s manifesto for the 2024 elections.

The entire manifesto committee is charged by Mr Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu.
