London, United Kingdom – June 2026 – The Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA), Dr. Mary Awusi, joined President John Dramani Mahama, Minister for Trade, Agribusiness and Industry, Hon. Elizabeth Ofosu-Adjare, and other senior government officials at the Ghana–UK Investment Summit 2026 held in London.
The summit, which took place from June 2 to 3 under the theme “Restoring Investor Confidence to Unlock Opportunities and Shared Prosperity,” brought together investors, business leaders, development partners, and members of the Ghanaian diaspora to explore avenues for strengthening trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Ghana and the United Kingdom.
Addressing participants, Dr. Awusi highlighted the vast opportunities available under Ghana’s Free Zones Scheme, emphasizing the attractive incentives designed to support export-oriented businesses.
