The NDC Constituency Communications Officer for Abuakwa North and an aspiring Constituency Organizer, Mr. Wahab Amadu, has appealed to delegates of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Eastern Region to vote for Mr. Emmanuel Ibrahim, popularly known as Master IB, as the next Eastern Regional Treasurer.
According to Mr. Wahab, Mr. Emmanuel Ibrahim is a trusted, competitive and selfless individual who has demonstrated commitment to the growth and development of the party over the years.
Speaking on Radio 1 100.7 FM’s morning show, Oman Mu Nsem,
Mr. Wahab said Mr. Ibrahim made significant financial contributions towards the 2024 general elections and also helped mobilise young people and supported various constituencies before, during and after the elections.
He said the Eastern Region needs a Regional Treasurer who understands the needs of party supporters and is willing to support the youth and party faithful.

“Mr. Emmanuel Ibrahim has been contributing to the party even though, since the NDC came into power, he has not received any government position. He has continued to work for the party and support its activities in the region,” Mr. Wahab stated.
Mr. Wahab further commended the current and incoming regional executives, including Regional Chairman Dr. Engineer Mark Oliver Kevor, Regional Women’s Organiser Shirley Naana Ampem, Regional Youth Organiser Blibo and Regional Organiser Hackman Kabore, describing them as competent individuals who have worked tirelessly for the party.
He argued that Mr. Emmanuel Ibrahim’s inclusion in the regional leadership would strengthen the team and help build a stronger grassroots base for the NDC in the Eastern Region.
Mr. Wahab therefore urged all NDC delegates to vote for Mr. Emmanuel Ibrahim in the upcoming regional elections, expressing confidence that he would win the election convincingly.
