Police Declare ‘Ghana Jollof’ TikTok Operator Wanted Over Alleged Incitement

The Ghana Police Service has declared 40-year-old Barbara Asantewaa Kodua, popularly known by her TikTok handle “Ghana Jollof,” wanted over an alleged case of inciting violence.
In a wanted-person notice issued on Thursday, September 17, 2026, the Police described Ms. Kodua as a fair-complexioned woman and appealed to the public to provide credible information that could help establish her whereabouts.
According to the Police, Ms. Kodua was last seen at the Accra International Airport on August 4, 2022. Investigators believe she may currently be in the United Kingdom.
The “Ghana Jollof” TikTok account has gained attention for its political commentary and criticism of government officials. However, the Police notice did not disclose the specific statements or social media posts linked to the alleged incitement offence.

The Police have urged anyone with information about her whereabouts to report to the nearest police station or contact the service on 0500100010 to support the ongoing investigation.
