Solomon Nana Frimpong, an aspirant for the position of Deputy Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Abuakwa South Constituency, has appealed to party delegates to vote massively for him in the upcoming constituency elections.

Speaking to Nana Kwabena Addo, host of Radio 1 100.7 FM’s Oman Mu Nsem programme, Solomon Nana Frimpong said the youth remain the engine of political mobilisation and campaigning, particularly in the 21st century.

He appealed to all NDC delegates in the constituency to look no further and give him their mandate to serve as Deputy Youth Organiser.

According to him, he successfully went through the vetting process and is prepared to mobilise the youth and work with other party executives to help the NDC recapture the parliamentary seat from the NPP in Abuakwa South and increase the party’s presidential and parliamentary votes in the 2028 general elections.

He described the 2028 elections as a “communal labour” that requires committed, vibrant and hardworking party members who are ready to work at the grassroots.

Solomon Nana Frimpong further disclosed that he is Number 1 on the ballot paper, urging delegates to vote for him and give him the opportunity to serve the party.

He expressed confidence in his chances of winning, citing his relationship with delegates, grassroots members and other party supporters.

He said his contribution to the constituency and the NDC has not been limited to periods immediately before, during or after general elections, but has been a continuous effort to support the branch and members of the party.

“I have contributed fair enough to support the constituency, not just before, during and after the general elections. My support is part of my daily activities for the branch and every member of the NDC,” he said.

Solomon Nana Frimpong is a businessman, communicator, organiser and is also described by supporters as approachable, respectful and committed to grassroots mobilisation.

He is therefore calling on the NDC delegates in Abuakwa South to give him their votes and the opportunity to serve as the next Deputy Youth Organiser of the constituency.
