The Fanteakwa North Deputy Nasaara Coordinator for the ruling New Patriotic Party, Bashirudin Owusu Karikari, believes the vice President of the republic of Ghana H.E. Alhaji Dr Mahamoud Bawumia, has been so lenient the the opposition particularly the National Democratic Congress, NDC for saying in the 2 years of NPP government in power, the party has fulfilled 40 promises.
According to the maverick politician, the party could in only 100 days in office boast of 101 plus achievements and that alone speaks for his notion.
He revealed this on the Issues on Radio 1FM, 100.7MHZ, when the host Owuraku Asamoah quizzed him on his views on the said 40 promises fulfilled by the party as said by the vice president.
“I’m surprised why our vice president was so good with the NDC. Anytime we tout our achievements the have problems with that so that is why the president gave them only 40”, he said.
According to him, the planting for food and jobs, Rearing for food and jobs, among other fulfilling promises in the other various sectors including the Almighty Free SHS flagship program are among other policies the incumbent party in power have fulfilled.
He again said whatever is been captured in the 40 fulfilled is crystal clear and has not heard any NDC member opposing the said fulfillments.
The ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, led by H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is exactly 2 years in office and the vice president Dr Bawumia believes the party is on track in delivering their promises.
