Hon. Cletus Avoka former majority leader on the contrary thinks that Martin Amidu is rather a very honest man who is always himself. He revealed this during an interview with Joy news this morning in parliament.
According to the former majority leader, he knows Martin Amidu to be humble, committed to his work, naturally very focused and very difficult to convince and that makes him stand out in all his endeavors. “I believe strongly that Amidu is going to act professionally in the people he is going to handle, not only that but i also believe that he is not going to succumb to influences from any angle.”
He however added that despite perceptions of his conduct, he Hon. Cletus believes everybody has his own character, features and nature, it could be part of his nature though but it is not going to affect the discharge of his duties and amidst all that he believes strongly that Martin is going to discharge to the satisfaction of all.
“Martin has worked under several people, some difficult and others admirable. Amidu have held several responsibilities and if he is convinced about something and still wants to push it to the wall he will kick back, that is his nature and how we should all be. Working over conviction, commitment and dedication is one thing you can never take away from Martin Amidu.” He added.
He stated very clearly that he is in full support of Martin and that is why he is in parliament to give him his support.
