NPP Has Demonstrated That Their Government Is Autocratic, Shield Sin And Does Not Listen To Citizens – Opare Djan

The managing editor for Daily Democrat Newspaper and a national communication member for the opposition National Democratic Congress, NDC, Emmanuel Opare Djan believes the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP are being autocratic and shielding sin.

According to him, the NPP government shielded Aisha Huang and aided in her deportation so there is no need for the senior minister to have even come out to explain.

In a studio discussion on the Susubiribi morning show on Tuesday April 23 2019, Opare Djan revealed to the host, Nana Kwabena Addo that NPP is exhibiting autocracy government and they are just tickling the citizens but surely 2020 will decide their fate.

“You have helped her to run away so don’t tell us to tickle us. They are bold to take decisions that benefit them. True true true, they are telling us that when someone does anything wrong, they would shield him and help him to run away. And even if they run away you can’t prosecute him”, Opare Djan said.

The NDC communication member believes that his party will win election 2020 and use the law to settle the case in 2021.

“They don’t listen to the masses of the public. So they will do what they want. Until we vote in 2020, they have the platform and they will do what they want to do. Ghanaians will vote against them in 2020 so 2021, we’ll take it to court so that Osafo-Maafo comes to explain why he helped to deport Aisha Huang”, Opare added.
